So I looked at the picture and I thought... That chair is sooo awesome, I wonder where Debbie got it. Then I read what you wrote and realized it was a professional picture... I guess you could take it as a complement since I honestly believed you had set up the scene and snapped the pic yourself. :o)

This is so true as we see it unfold during Jesus life. He was rejected and eventually the Israelites wanted His blood to be upon their hands.

Yeah, it does. Not a good picture at all. It's also not the finished product. But I suppose it would be best to not have anything up unless I had a good photo.

I finally "read" it. I downloaded it in audiobook format with Itunes and listened to it whenever I had a moment of peace. I just finished it a few days ago... It was very good.

Remember while working out you are burning body fat and building muscle. This does not always reflect in weight losss as muscle is more dense. You can gain a little weight but will notice at your measure-up you are losing inches and body fat and your clothes will fit you better. The key is to consistently keep working out 3 tmes a week minimum, keep up the healthy eating and if weight is not changing then you may need to do the Curves Weight Programme. I have been with Curves now for 4 1/2 years and by doing their weight programme, altering my portion sizes and consistently working out I have lost 35 lb, 40 inches and 8% body fat. Everyone can do it because at the end of the day the only way that you gain alot of weight is by eating more calories than you are burning off each day. The programme works if you work the programme.
