Working out – day 3

Monday I started working out again. Since we are unable to budget for Curves, I’m using Wii Fit. I’m doing half yoga and half strength/aerobics/balance games.

I started with 21 minutes of total time on Monday.

Tuesday 25 minutes.

Wednesday 28 minutes.

I increase a yoga pose a day (about 2 minutes) and then match that total time with the other “games”.

My weight loss goal is 2 lbs in 2 weeks. I wanted to keep it very small to start with. I’m already down a little over 1lb. I know weight fluctuates, so I’m going to wait to see where I’m at at the end of the 2 weeks.

My other goal is to do 1/2 hour yoga and either 1/2 hour strength training or 1/2 hour aerobic every day, switching between strength and aerobics every other day.
