Workout – day 4
I’m down another .4 in BMI and .2 in weight. Not significant, but encouraging nonetheless.
I logged 18 minutes for yoga and 11 for aerobics bringing a total time to 29. In reality, I did 34 minutes. I did the free step aerobics but could only do 5 minutes before quitting. In hindsight, I should have slowed it down or something in order to get the wii to log my time, but, oh well, there’s always next time.
